Here’s the typical timeline once you start a return, so you know what happens and when.

Timeline at a glance

• Request a return: as soon as you notice an issue, within the return window on the listing.
• Seller responds: within 3 business days of your request.
• Return the item: ship it back within the time stated once the return is accepted.
• Seller inspects the item: usually within 2 business days of delivery back to them.
• Refund issued: to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days after approval.

If things stall

If the seller doesn’t respond within 3 business days, or tracking shows your returned item was delivered more than 2 business days ago and you haven’t been refunded, you can ask Bizybidz to step in and help. We aim to resolve cases within 48 hours.
