How to Return a Product on Bizybidz

If an item isn’t as described, is faulty, or you’re otherwise eligible under our Return Policy, you can request a return directly from your account.

Start a return

• Go to Purchases and find the order.
• Select Return this item.
• Choose a reason for the return and add photos if the item is damaged or not as described.
• Submit your request — the seller has 3 business days to respond.

Send the item back

Once the return is accepted, follow the instructions provided to ship the item back or drop it at the agreed location. Keep your tracking or drop-off proof until your refund is completed.

Get your refund

After the seller receives and checks the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method. See the Returns & Refund Timeline for how long this takes.
